Old sketches from a Brazilian Magazine

In the begining of 90?s, a brazilian magazine named Treknology, published these sketches. I already asked Eaves and Doug, but they don?t know the author of these sketches. Anyway, I believe it can fits very well as a Sovereign?s comtemporany. What do you think?

Interesting, but if the original author can't be reached, I don't think we can do anything but just talk about it.
