Rumors of William Windom (Matt Decker) having passed on?

I've been hearing rumors all day that he's died, but there has been no official news story on it (and I've looked), only people who keep editing Wikipedia, or claiming on Facebook to know his family, or editing a Find A Grave entry claiming he was gone. Has anyone seen or heard any definitive news from a reputable source (i.e. not Wikipedia, Find A Grave, or Facebook) on this?

yeah, I was about to post it was not a rumor, he did pass away on august 16th ...
