It looks really good so far.  The trailer shows the action, but we also get a taste of the drama facing Stark this time.

I can't really see a reason why  

I enjoyed every minute of it !

It was better than IM 1 IMHO ;)

Besides critiques are pain in the ass since long time, they whine soo much on thing that would never occur to simple audience, and  their perspective toward the genrie is very norrow hence the low ratings for some of the superhero movies, althou I do realize Spiderman 1,2&3 can't realy compete with Batman Begins, DK, DKR, or IM series due to it's character/plot execution

I enjoyed both Iron Man movies so far, as well as every Marvel movie in which RDJ made an appearance (cameo or otherwise). I am certainly looking forward to Iron Man 3 (and beyond).

Also before I forget the next Thor and Captain America movies will be released within the next year or so.
Avengers 2 in May '15.
Ant Man and Masters of the Universe have been added to the ever growing list for '14-'15.
S.H.I.E.L.D. is coming to ABC as a series along with the Hulk.

Oh and the Justice League movie is starting to get serious.
