anybody know anything about card collecting?
« on: March 23, 2013, 07:56:54 PM »
besides dropping by a flea market, or ebay. any of you guys know of any good websites that give ACCURATE value for these?

i have a S*ITLOAD of them.....

for starters i have an assortment of hockey, soccer, and baseball cards from 91 that were printed by score.

i pulled all the gretzky cards, and they are in ALMOST mint condition, some small edge wear, but thats it.

ive got all these pinnacle print NFL cards from 95...

i ALSO found these.. sucks Rikers card seemed to have taken a beating...

and then theres this:

that contains these:

that are all unopened and in mint condition... one pack was basically open, so i took out the cards and they were in MINT.

anybody have any ideas?? im trying to sell them and get the most out of them.
 :idk: :help:
I came, i saw, i added a Sig.
Later gents, i have Youtube to take over.

if you're asking my generation...forget it.  I was taught that everything has to be "MIB"; Mint in Box.  and fifty years old or something...

I heard a LONG time ago, though, that eighties baseball cards are worthless because so many of them were printed.

don't forget to ask at collectable shops.

You can try the Beckett sports card price-guides. I was a heavy collector back in the early nineties, and indeed these cards were way over printed.

Hope this helps, good luck :)

beckett charges as well to look into their prices :/

from what ive seen on that site i posted earlier it seems the only ones worth their salt are the Ken Griffey Jr cards. (about 70$ from what ive seen)

im tempted to either just put the lot up on ebay for about 250$ and see if someone bites at the gamble of finding a few, OR, tearing through them myself probably/not finding one/few and making fire fuel of the rest..

Got rid of all my pokemon cards years ago.  Maybe a full decade? I can't really remember.

What I do remember, is that in the first pack I ever bought (a starter) I got a goddamn shiny charizard xD
I miss :bigdance:
