phoenix,  apologies.  The bussards are not animated.

By the way, I am going to go ahead and change the registry on the ship.

GM is a TOS ship factory, practically, and they're high quality.  I'd look foreward to adding to my TOS collection.

and, no, there's a special technique to making animated bussards that only a few people regularly do.  it ads quite a bit of size to a ship file, and not everybody can handle the extras, especially with BC's leaky memory and the fact that custom comp builds are about the only ones that can handle a lot of comp extras.

although I do suggest looking up Anduril's TOS connie mod for a simplified version of the animated bussard trick

Here is the new number.  I have also provided the original design (Neal Davidson) from the Starship Schematics Database:

actually it dosnt make much difference, the way they are done is by a file that reads like a script, it reads the order progression of the file so for example buz1 buz2 buz3 ect, and works beautifully, the prblem is the exporting, it dosnt save the animation, it needs to be done in nifskope.

and again Awesome work GM,

Thanks Guys!  This ship has always been one of my favorites.  I think. It's simplicity and "retro" looking sensor technology fit into the TOS era beautifully.

As for the schematic suggested by Wiley, I think I will pass on this one. Although I would love to see a ship like that blow up. Would put your piloting skills to the test avoiding spinning nacelles.
