From The Ashes
« on: August 12, 2013, 08:36:13 PM »
Howdy guys! Glad to see this community is going strong! Having lost my computer some months ago, really crippled me in ways unimaginable in my life. In a storm we had last year, a lightening storm incinerated my computer and everything on it, including all my BC stuff. Unfortunately, because of this, I do believe my BC Video days are over for good, and that I won't even be able to make my final video, which was planned for last Christmas. But giving it thought, I got a lot of ideas but cannot bring them to fruition. I would like to tell everyone that I missed you guys, and that I am proud of all the wonderful work thats went on since I've been gone! I'll be around though don't worrie. The Riffle is unstoppable!  :dance

I wish it was that simple lol. I lost something that made it all possible.. I think this V8s fired on its last cylinder. Though I may have some help if it still exists. It was the blood for my Bridge Commander.

Welcome back!

Minor update regarding BC mods:
Filefront/Gamefront has become even crappier- you have to refresh the page many times to get a page to appear correctly. Also, mods are slowly getting deleted due to inactivity.

Meanwhile, some people, including me, have been posting their mods elsewhere.

dude, c'mon, I've lost THREE comps to lightning strikes.  always seemed to go straight for the modem, for some reason.  my stuff is still intact.  did you leave your BC disk in the unit or something?

Wiley's not kidding, though.  not only has filefront gone downhill, they instituted a "so many downloads so often or it gets deleted" policy, as well.  not only are people putting them elsewhere, some of us went on a file saving binge.  I have EVERY mod I ever downloaded even now.  including some of the crap!

It's nice to hear from you again, even though the circumstances could've been better.
