Title: DJ Galaxy Pack - Launching Shuttles Crashes Game...

...but only when I am using any of the ships from the DJ Galaxy pack. All my other ships with Shuttle Launch Framework all work perfectly.

PS: DVD drive is working properly again but I am not sure for how long it will last.

Next time: did you try the little reset?, it a button inside the little hole, usually right underneath the door\tray.you'll need  a straight pin to push it.

I know where it is. And no. I didn't use it. The drive just started working properly again yesterday. I don't know how.
Have you tried asking DJ about this?

hmm, i'm not sure what the problem is.  Check the carrier script file for the ships (which is all the same) and make sure you've got all the shuttles, perhaps.

I have all the shuttles. Still crashes the game though.

Does it crash immeadiately (sp) after you press "Start Simulation"? Or can you see the ships for a little while?

The game only crashes when I click 'launch shuttle'. Like I said though, this IS ONLY when using DJ Curtis's galaxy class ships.

All my other ships that have shuttle launching enabled are able to use it without any problems.

did you look thru the carrier scripts?  also, how about a console report?  try playing in windowed mode perhaps?

oh lol stupid me - you already posted that you have the shuttles required  :oops:

but ya - if you try playing in windowed mode, you might get an error report at the moment it crashes...

I found the problem. It seems that somehow, the type 11 shuttle scripts wern't installed correctly, which was causing the crash when launching on the DJ Galaxy ships. Working know. My bad. Sorry.
