Title: Fed Ablative Armor not working

I recently noticed that Fed Ablative Armor stopped working on all ships. Normal Ablative Armor is still effective. FedAblativeArmor.py is in the tech folder but BC fails to generate a pyc file for it.

Could you try a ship with the Phase Cloak?
And is the FoundationTech mutator active?

And the tech folder is scripts/Custom/Techs?

The Phase Cloak works and the mutator is active.

There's a scripts/Custom/Techs folder and a scripts\ftb\Tech folder. The AblativeArmour and FedAblativeArmor scripts are inside the latter.

FedAblativeArmor is not a standard FTech tech, so it should be in scripts/Custom/Techs.
