yes i did...i think there is no torpedo scripts which is resulting in the game crashing?

That... actually I think I remember something about that... there might be a patch on bc files take a look.

scotchy posted an hp fix here  http://dynamic3.gamespy.com/~bridgecommander/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=16202  through the release section in bc files on the comment section but it seems to not be working anymore?

IIRC Didn't Scotchy use Durandal's Photon Torpedoes?  If so doesn't anyone have that?

EDIT:  here are two links to the mod, since I can't find the damned thing on BCFiles anymore...

http://www.smitherineproductions.com/bcmods/Projectiles.rar
http://www.smitherineproductions.com/bcmods/Textures.rar

Unrar the Projectiles file into the Scripts/Tactical/Projectiles folder
Unrar the texture files into the Data/Textures folder.  When you do this part it might ask you to override, say yes.

Let me know if it works!

thank you eclipse...ill give it a try as soon as i get home from shopping!  :D

Update
hahaha it worked like a charm thanks to the assistance of nebula and eclipse...maybe its not such a bad idea to recreate the install to include the torpedo fix...manual or executable!
