Title: Detect cloaked ships?

I remember awhile back I was able to find a mod that allowed a intensive scan that would reveal cloaked ships for a time...I think it was in one of the KM versions or in enemies of life...but I could be wrong.
 
  Problem is that I can't find it at all...this makes battles with the scimitar and the ST VI BOP kinda pointless.

  anyone who can give me a link would be greatly appreaciated.
