Title: Installing a Foundation Crashes STBC!!!!

Hi, I am fairly new to modding stbc and have had many problems. I have stbc 1.1 and have BC-Mod Packager and BCMI.net. Whenever I start stbc, I get a blank screen with the yellow mouse. How am I supposed to fix this problem?

Please Respond.

Also my specs are
Xp pro w/sp2
64mb nvidia geforce
512mb ram

Again, Foundation doesn't crash.
It never has, it never will.
Other mods that use Foundation "crash".

In your case, you didn't install the Triggers extension for Foundation.
It comes with NanoFXv2, FoundationTechnologies and a couple of other mods.

I've attached the required files, without a readme, so, unzip it to a temporary location, and copy the scripts directory you find inside to the same directory as you find stbc.exe

What error are you now getting?
Otherwise you didn't install it correctly.

Ive reinstalled the game and mod nearly 5 times now and i'm 100% sure i'm installing it right. heres the report log

You have a new problem, one of the mods you installed requires NanoFXv2Beta.

where can i get nanoFXv2Beta? btw the only mod i have is glaxy charts. ive installed the 1.1 update, foundation and the script u gave me.

nvm found it i'll install it and report back in a few

ok the games working but i cant select the new ships do i need the Kobayashi Maru 1.0 mod? I tried quick battle and starting a new game but i cant see any of the new options, i went into th mutator list and activated the galaxy charts mod and the nanofx mod and still nothing.

i cant use any new options in hte glaxy charts mods, new ships or anything all i can do is turn the mod on.

BTW, galaxy charts needs to be installed after nanofx because it alters some of nfx's files.

Can you describe the steps you are taking when you are trying to use Galaxy Charts?

1. Install everything in he right order (100% sure it's in the right order).
2. Activate everything in the mutator list.
3. Setup a quick battle and try warp to a different location using galaxy charts.

I can use the galaxy charts menus and sh*t, but when i select a location to warp to it just sits there. Sometimes it crashes and sometimes my crew freeze but usually nothing works.
