If I wanted to make an MPE tutorial, what Might I use? Something That I can just do on screen while speaking about what I'm doing. Anyone?

There are many screen recorders but seldom free and good to use.
I will reccomend what I, myself, have tried and know to work good.
CamStudio. I've tried this one and it does well for a free program. Not so much for games but for the desktop, it does well. You can use Windows Movie Maker after you capture what you need. :D
You are able to talk while you are making the tutorial.

What do I need windows moviemaker for?

Windows Movie Maker is a simple video editor if you want to resize your video, save in WMV. Or add extra audio with the video. You can edit out any mistakes you've made while making the tutorial as well. While your recording and you make a mistake with your words, as an example. You can wait for a sec and then continue. You can edit out that silence and mistake after.
Then again, you can start from the beginning if you wish and go from start to finish with no errors. Usually with screen recorders, the files tend to be large and a video editor can help shrink the size of the end result.
I can't reccomend any other free video editor at this time as I am testing 2, and 1 doesn't seem to work very well and is complicated to use. :(
If you need any more info, I'll be glad to answer any questions you may have. :D
