Title: Oberth class pack (fixed nacelle mirroring)

I have fixed the nacelle texture mirroring (and the inner parts now don't have the pennant and stripe like it should be). Also, I added some stenciling I haven't noticed before on the studio model. The damage radius in the hp's is toned slightly down also (guys, you all should really pay attention to that!).
