Title: clean up my scripts

what is the best way to clean up my scripts with out losing my ships i have added can you help me please i will appreciate any help you can give me thank you very much

What do you mean? Reducing filesizes? Removing errors?

Well, removing scripts is basicly uninstalling aspects of the game.

If you want to fix problems, what are the problems?

And, answering yes to 3 questions doesn't work.
