Title: KM 1.0 missions have black screen and sometimes crash

I have KM1.0 installed and all of the 2nd and 3rd set of missions are just black screens or crash. When I say "black screen" I mean the graphics are missing. If I hit F1 etc. I can still play the game but I can't see what's going on. The video just isn't there.

Also, my mutator scroll is too long so,I can't choose my mutators past a point.


Any help?

Are you sure you installed it correctly?
Since Defiant (author of KM) wrote a scrolling mutator list once, so it would have been included.

Actually, if I remember correctly, KM1.0 came with an UMM (Unified MainMenu) version, and all of them have scrolling mutators (or rather, scrolling menu's).



If you have such a black screen (but still playing) try opening the map mode.
