Is there a quick way to add every system in quickbattle to the warp list without having to tediously edit one of the NanoFX2 scripts or reinstalling ATP1 (only had ATP1 because as soon as its installed, every system is added to the warp list in quickbattle)
I tried Galaxy Charts for a while. It is an a amazing mod but after a while, it just stopped working altogether so I went back to the old warp system.

Both I and JWattsjr independantly created a modification for NanoFXv2Beta, relatively soon after it's release, that dynamically added every system.
Unfortunately, I think both are lost.
Don't get the "fix" for NanoFXv2Beta that supposedly fixed this "bug" (it's not a bug, it's a feature request). And it introduced BSODs, yes, multiple.
It might be easier, for you, to fix Galaxy Charts (BCS:TNG has a support forum for GC!).

Try Galaxy Charts agian, you may have gotten a bad download.

Is there a way to put these 9 planets (http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/Sol_Multisystem_Warp_to_9_Planets_w_AI_ships_and_NanoFx2;24107) in a single menu in the system menu?
Always seemed werd how the 9 planets would all show up in their own independent system in the menu.

If memory serves, they should appear under the heading "Sol".
BTW, every other system is implemented in the same way.
There is a way to add individual systems (the toplevel onces anyway) to NanoFXv2Beta.
You need to add them to, if memory serves (again), in scripts/Custom/Autoload/LoadNanoFXv2Beta.py If you look in there, you will see a section adding the Vesuvius system (among others). I wouldn't really recommend adding all systems (especially not distributing the resulting file! See previous post). There are more dynamic ways (mine and JWattsjr versions) but they, so far, had a big cost, namely loading every system in memory currently added. You don't really want to do that. It will take more work to properly do this, and I currently don't really have the time for that yet.

They currently don't. Each of those planets have their own system in the warp list, which makes it look really untidy.
I already tried adding all the stock systems to LoadNanoFX.py and encountered a problem where no systems at all were loaded in quickbttle. For now, I have gone back to the previous version of LoadNanoFX.py (with the Cardassia system added and working properly).
Would've prefered if the planets in the Sol Multisystem were added to a single menu under the name 'Sol'. If anyone else knows how to do this manually and has time to walk me throgh it, it would be really appreciated.
