				Hey guys.

As they will most likely be available for BC too, I thought I could as well post them here:

I plan on doing these stations:

 V-Type (http://s2b.directupload.net/images/090509/5h3egqly.png) (a.k.a. Watchtower) -done
 G-Type (http://s11.directupload.net/images/090509/frx4rb2g.jpg) -currently under construction
 A-Type (http://s11.directupload.net/images/090509/nmzd576m.jpg)
 K-Type (http://s3b.directupload.net/images/090509/cx8ms2rh.jpg)
 C-Type (http://s1b.directupload.net/images/090509/2qs96lgs.jpg)
 F-Type (http://s11.directupload.net/images/090509/w925x8az.jpg)
 Starbase-1 (http://s6b.directupload.net/images/090509/qa5nnsan.jpg)

Maybe I'll also give the new STXI base a shot.

Okay, now on to the real thing:
 (no fixing/smoothing done, yet)

-
Pretty neat.  Finally, my TOS fleet will be complete!

-
nice list you got there, yopyop.  :P

-
very nice stations mate, these will go perfectly with phasers TCMP :D have a cookie!

-
Nice, this is one thing the game needs, more stations.

-
				Good start there mate  :)

-
Great! I always thought we could use some TOS stations (as well as some more TOS Fed, Klingon, and Rommie ships)  8)

-
				Update on the textures:

-
				Looks nice and really TOSish.

-
				Nice work mate :)

-
				those look good.

-
Me likey! Always needed some more TOS stations.

One nitpick/observation, the V Type station looks very similar to the J Type station (AKA TOS Starbase Type on EAS)

 Other than that, brilliant work!
-
What's this?  Someone else is making a TOS-era Federation station?  Blasphemy!  :P

Just kidding.  Anyway, this looks pretty good!  I wouldn't use an aztec pattern, since starfleet didn't have those during this era, but you definitely have the hull color scheme and font down.  Nice job!

As an alternative to the aztec pattern, try subtly weathering the station--barely visible changes in tone from one hull panel to the next, coupled with subtle smears of varying hues does wonders for realism.  Adding a couple minor scorch marks helps too.  Just my two cents. ;)

Yopyop awsome work bro, be good for a little balance of terror vid i have running though my head! :D

-
I like the A-Type. Seems sort of like a TOS style Regula/Orbital Complex/whatever else they used that model for.

-
I needed a break from the G-Type, so I decided to start with the C-Type.
I never thought this little bugger would be THAT easy!   :D
And she will also serve as a base for the K- and A-Type bases.

The mesh is finished and polycount is 8.3k.  8)
-
looks very good, yopyop, have a cookie.

-
Meh, I couldn't sleepm as it was just too hot... -.-

Here's what I've done instead of it:
-
				very nice work mate!

-
Nice K7 you got there.  I see you're going for the more angular look for K7, as some people have interpreted K7.  Looks good!

I also like the details on the X-Type.  Keep it up!
-
What do you mean with "more angular"?

Well, here's a shot of the Starfleet-HQ anyway:
-
It looks like some sort a cotton ball Pokemon...those ball thingies seem to do that. Its good though! :D :D :D

-
Yeah, I also thought that it looks like some kind of space creature xD

-
Well, here's a shot of the Starfleet-HQ anyway:

Right out of the TECH- Manual, but if memory serves, that thing is HUGE
 OH btw Have another cooke.
-
yep, in each of the spheres on the outer-rim you can place a connie :P

-
Omigod...that is huge! Must've taken awhile for Starfleet to build that...

-
That may be the reason for it being the HQ :D

-
yep, in each of the spheres on the outer-rim you can place a connie :P

not to mention a Ptolomy and a Saladin, this thing's huge.  The inside is supposed to contain a complete biosphere, parks, malls apartments there's even an artificial cave complex.  keep up the good work.
-
				Update: F-Type Research-facility:

-
				Prettyyyyy.... :D

-
				Now on to texturing...  :(

-
Hey, I had an idea that might interest you guys:

What do you mean with "more angular"? As you probably know, shots of the original K-7 model are scarce.  While many people have interpreted the design in the same fashion as you...

...Greg Jein, the man who designed the new K-7 model for the DS9 episode 'Trials and Tribble-ations' went with a more rounded appearance:

This is because, in addition to the original on-screen evidence...
...it is believed that the original K-7 was based on a Douglas design for a modular space habitat, made of unfolding wedges:

Anyway, as I commented in your bridge thread, that's a nice design.  It fits well in the TOS era.

ah, now I see what you mean ^^
