Title: So I'm wanting to cheat
Post by: Jeremy7679 on May 22, 2009, 02:51:29 AM
Are there any other cheats out there other than the -TestMode cheats? I can't get them to work (except for the reload quantum torpedoes cheat).

No, the test mode cheats are the only ones. You said you only got the quantum torpedo cheat working, you have to hold down ctrl for that. The rest of them you have to hold shift.

The other way to cheat is to edit the Gal and Sov HP's to be stupidly strong.

Forgive my ignorance, but do I need a 3rd party editor to edit the HP's?

Just the Model Property Editor included in the SDK (http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/Bridge_Commander_SDK;2455).

Alternatively, just use Notepad :P

Numbers and strange, not entirely correct English, words with dots here and there are not nice for the unexperienced.

Or the BCUT Hardpoint Tweaker.

Do you mean that it's just using the default stuff or it's crashing the game?

Did you point Bcut to your BC directory? You can do this under "options".

(I assume you are Rodimus Prime.)

Actually, it's the console, but you need to know how to program (and read the various script files like a program does to learn a new library/API).

Indeed lol
If you know how to use the console (python and BC's functions) you can do, literally, whatever you want with console.

someone should write up a whole list of things that can be done in the console :P
lol of course, that could take a few years...

It's fairly easy, anything a Church/Turing Machine can do, the console can do.

I started a useful console code thread about a year ago. It should still be around here somewhere.
