Title: graphics problems

Hey all, I just downloaded BC for mac. I was really excited as Ive played it before and was very satisfied. When I started the app everything worked great, until I started the first test mission. The inside of the bridge was all black, with no lighting or textures  :(. Some of the stars had the same problem, they were plain black voids in space. When I got around to the planet that I was saving I noticed that all of the debris also had this problem. I would appreciate any help that you guys can offer. :(
