				Import your model in milkshape3d,apply texture and export again in .nif!
 I tried with your firefox model and it works in mpe!

 Subclass-Artillery Boat, STE starship
 Armament-300 Cannon burst, 100 standard Type 9 Photon Torpedoes, 18 Phaser arrays. Deflector Shields, Ablative Armour and SIC (Stealth in combat) systems including a very dark impulse glow, duller transparent aluminum over the bussards and nacelle grills. also instead of windows it has large view screens in all rooms that in normal Sovereign classes would have windows. the deflector also has an anti-light coating. in hense if this ship was made for bridge commander (it is a wip) it would have no glows. The registry is the exact same as the Saladin class Legacy for security reasons and is only viewable on the saucer.

				Ok so you just turned glows off, but windows (lightened and darkened) are still visible on texture and so does impulses and anything other that should glow... maybe if you would replcae that black hole on inner saucer with some cool armor (End Game Voyager style textured armor) and cover with such armor bussards and partially impulses and warp grills it would look alot better. Armor would be quite easy to draw due to great mapping. 
 
 Next thing is weaponary, I've seen too much green'n blue phasered Sovvys so maybe stay with type XII heavy phasers ;)

				Okay wont have blue phasers but as it is an artillery vessel it will have a re-phasing torpedo that is a reminiscent of the transphasic torpedo.

 You need to create parent script/property... forgot the name but it's something like that, then you need to create property list and after that you add new properties IIRC

				Ok well for a first real project, I am working on Vladkos Proximas, the pack will be huge, containing over 30 ships.

 I am open to suggestions, i am currently working on a fighter, a centaur type, my version of a Tmp STXI Quad ship, and a escort vessel, need design suggestions for more and ship names for them.
