Title: Screen Res. Not showing up

Hello,

Not come across this problem before but 1280 x 1024 is not longer showing up as an option anymore. Not quite sure if this a problem with bc or just another poor driver update from nvidia. I have tried numerous clean installs of bc and cant seem to tie this problem down. Bc itself works it just it annoys me a bit playing in 1024 x 768.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

could always edit the options.cfg file.

Try editing options.cfg as Nebula said, but If you are with old card and you make the AA to x8, maybe the resolution is not supported because your GPU cant hold it.

ill give that a shot and see how that goes. Using 7600gt card same one as always use, 1280 x 1024 use to work on this card so bit stuck. as i say ill give nebulas idea a go.

Did you switch to a smaller monitor recently for any reason? My graphics card can go up to 1920x1080 but my monitor is a dinky lil 15-inch that can only do 1024x768.

tbh this all happened when i reinstalled KM 1.0 using their installer instead of doing it the old fashioned way. I'm not sure if that caused some sort of problem or weather that my pc needs a clean install. In either case im going to flatten the system and try it again.

What about graphics drivers? I'd try to reinstall them just to be on the safe side, and in BC make sure you're not using the "T&L" options in your graphics settings. If none of those work then I'm stumped I'm sorry to say.

nope spoke to soon, installed latest driver and its lost. Deff nvidia i think maybe something concerning my particular card (dont know) i know when they released an update way back that crimson skies stopped working. Ah well even more reason to get a new card now

did the edit as nebula said, 1280 x 1024 comes with error. However 1440 x 900 works (well with the gui being big) so go figger.

There was this Tutorial about adjusting BC's Resolution, just incase it happens again

josephdavis, can you write all of your PC parts to see and maybe something would come to my head.
