Title: What damage is needed to initiate a Shield Hit sound?

Hey guys!

I was wondering about what damage is required for the game to initiate a Shield hit or explosion sound? The reason I am asking is because I am trying to create the scenario that whenever a blast of phaser is shot at a shield or hull, it IMMEDIATELY creates a shield hit sfx or hull explosion sfx. I am trying to remove the mute that occurs whenevr a phaser hits a ships shields on occasion.

I'm pretty sure there is no damage threshold, it's just a random fluke of programming when the sound isn't triggered

Hmm I figured as much, but the sound is consistent when a disruptor blast or torpedo hits the shield...
