Texture update

I am not happy with the way the bussards came out.  I just can't get that rounded cone shape right. :hithead:

I use PaintDotNet for textures and Milkshape3D for modeling.

I was just having a look at the pic from the book cover and noticed there were some extra detailing on the saucer, almost like the gridlines on the Connie saucer.

Yes there are but I am not a big fan of grid lines on TOS ships.  I will give it a try and post and see what people think.

Didn't the TOS Enterprise have very light gridlines that didn't show up onscreen?

That ship shouldn't be possible at that size. It should be at least double that to accomodate a small lower level warp core.

That's the size of the ship.  So what kind of cores do warp capable shuttles use?

or it could have a horizontal warp core
by the way what is the armament, last i saw it was one pulsing phaser, and one torpedo tube

right now she has one Torp tube and two standard phasers.    Where did you see refrence on the pulse pahser armament?

it was on a few mods for other games, it had one pulsing phaser, not a pulse phaser.
a pulsing phaser fires rapid burst of energy in a constant stream like this --------------)------------------)-----------------)
a pulse phaser fires a single burst from it's array - - - - - - -
