Here is a Tactical Cruiser from the Starship Schematics Database.  Still need to add some details.

Looks pretty detailed already... except for the pod, that needs some more.

I'll wait on this one.  but I got an idea.  throw in a registry name from the Nebulas, as it's a dead ringer for a TOSed nebula.

Since the general consensus is that this looks like a TOS version of the Nebula class I have modified the "disk" supports to resemble those used on the TNG version.  Looks much better.

LOL! I knew you were going to do something like this one day(a TOS Nebula class)given your previous works, it just seemed logical. Nice job on this one Gmunoz.  :thumbsup:
