Title: DS9FXtended in-system warp
Post by: djayk3 on June 13, 2010, 12:07:14 PM
There are a few new mini missions in DS9FXtended which require you to warp between planets to scan the area around them.  The problem is, you have to use "intercept" speed warp to travel to them while they are 15000-20000 KM away.  Now intercept in-system warp speed takes 10-15 minutes to travel this distance.

Is there a way around this?  Can I tweak the "intercept" AI somehow to increase the speed?

In the original BC-sinlge player, your helm was able plot and warp to individual planets in-system.

What should I do?

Galaxy Charts will fix this. The in-system warp for GC is MUCH faster than the stock intercept.

Um... I installed Galaxy Charts, but now when I attempt to hail DS9 to access the DS9Xtended mini missions, only the "dock with DS9" option is available.  "Hail DS9" is no longer an option.

What gives?

DS9FX tech support questions should be done 100% at BCS.
