Just saw this episode, good one for sure, I know people rag on VOY but honestly this show puts out some really good episodes and this is one of them, a really different look on the Q for sure

It was a fantastic VOY episode, one of my favourites. Wonderful moral dilemma, fun bits, a nice cameo and a sad but happy ending.

I do think there was a lot more scope to the fallout of Quinn's death.

Voyager does get a lot of heat, some of which is deserved, some of it not. I thought it was awesome for its first five seasons then it just got alright, and I wasn't to satisfied with the series finale either.

"Death Wish" is a decent episode, I think it (and it's two sequels) found a way to bring Q to Voyager without mimicking his purpose on TNG so it worked out well.
