Whats your multiplayer name and are you on their forum?
Maybe we could have a BCC Tourney perhaps if enough of us have it.
Mine is 086gf for both...shocker I know lol.

I play Fleet Ops fairly often actually, though I haven't done online yet. But I'd love to do a BCC tourney if one's getting put together. :D

I play, but I do single player cause I can't seem to ever find servers. I know it's a problem that's been solved, but I'm just too lazy. The AI is good enough anyways (maybe too good, I haven't won a game without an AI partner yet.)

Well, then thats all you since I've beaten the AI on all difficulty settings many times. You arn't playing the game right it seems.
And trust me you wont regret getting Tunngle. Thats the best way to learn how this game is really played. Watch the best and learn from the best. Thats what i've been doing. Its really fun. Laziness is not an excuse lol.

Are you really able to tell someone they are playing a game wrong? I didn't even know it was possible to do such a thing. :idk:

Well, it is an rts is it not? There are certain specific ways to play this game properly unless you like lossing in the first ten minutes lol. Thats what i've learned over the years and thats what many others i've seen get told. Whatever strat he is using obviously is severly flawed if he can't beat one ai on normal(was easy in stock). As I said above it is definitely possible to beat 5 ai(one of each race) on normal. He just needs to change up what he is doing is all.

I'm sorry, but I don't drink a gallon of coffee so that my hands can go flying a thousand miles per hour to micromanage ship production. :roll
I've seen pros play Starcraft on LAN, and let me tell you, that's just not my way to play. I bet I'd kick all their butts at FPS's though.
EDIT- Oh yes, I should mention that I attach myself to my ships on a personal level. I'd never be one to Norway plasma coil spam, because those Norways all end up dead one way or another. I go for big, bulky ships that don't die easily, because I don't like seeing ships get wasted. I am a responsible commander. If Starfleet did exist, they would be appalled that you let all those lives be wasted. That's probably why I'm good at FPS's too, I almost always play team games, and I most definitely do my best to keep my teammates alive.

...And every other RTS.

I'm the same way. I usually don't build too much of the little ships, only about 10-20 early in the game for basic defense but then I focus completely on ships from the bigger ship yards. Cruisers, fighter carriers, battleships, etc. About 15-20mins into the game those little Saber's, Norway's, and Intrepid's just don't pack the same punch - though the Akira remains useful for a bit longer.
