hi all! :help:I would like to turn saffi left or right :banghead:
i can be done via script? For the moment is turned to the left..
-
im not sure on how its done, but over the time ive been here iv learnt that it can be done via max 3's character studio, and is controlled mainly by python script, either way can successfully make these animations, you just have to know how to interpret python scripting, id ask around to make sure, but this is only what i know of being here on the forums, and thats a nice looking bridge there, what ships it for?
-
it isnt script related as much as it is animations and nif related...
-
oh yeah, i forgot about that,i mean, if autodesk, or whoever did character studio would re release it then we coud bridge mod again but, its kinda unlikely. anyways there may be a way to make it script related, ill do some research, but im not going to promise anything.

Thank flarespire and JB ;) mmm I could just move saffi in space :D
I can try with Character studio but do not guarantee anything!
As for the bridge is the Uss hattaway - constellation (ambassador bridge modified) using the entC script.
It has no texture, No lightmap (the same problem has also baz1701 with his bridge), and some parts of script but I am optimistic
and for now work in-game

well at least you have character studio lol, anyways, good luck, id do an extensive search on the forums, because there will be alot of help available around here somewhere.

im sorry to say, but there isnt...

hence "im not promising anything"

right - and where you promised to do research about it, i posted that to spare you the wasted time of doing so lol

You should listen to him flarespire, he's been here since the beginning. :)
The scripts can only determine the physical location that a character is placed on the bridge set, but the way the character moves needs to be configured through animations, not scripts. There is no way around that.
Good luck on this project NX-809, it'll be nice to see a new generation of modder get animations down.
