Title: Crew Texturing

I remember there was a tutorial a while back if I'm not mistaken on BCU about Crew Texturing...No not Uniform texturing, but Crew texturing.  I thought it might have been posted here but a search found Nothing...(unless I overlooked it which I'm guilty of doing at times!).

Can anyone help?
