I have been enjoying this game on and off for years (albeit the problem i mentioned on my other thread) and this has been bugging me. I can not get this ship to show up at all:

NO matter if i install on a fresh, patched, foundation'ed, Install (with the "requirements" :http://bcfiles.com/file.info?ID=21907) Or on a KM install with the works. Either way it does not show up in the list. Any help with this would be nice.

did you check the scripts/custom/ship file?
SF's ships don't usually come with em... have to make it through BCUT.

Most of the older mods were released before BCUT, the predecessor, BCMP, can be a pain to use, so a lot of the old modders left it up to the user to configure the plugin the way they like it. Since the introduction of BCSMC/BCUT, it's become much easier, so more newer mods include them. Unfortunately, it would be very difficult for someone to go through and make plugins for the hundreds of ships that don't come with one, so don't expect these to be fixed.

also it is a good idea to get to know BCUT and all its functions; it will likely be very useful for you as time goes on, the more you mod your installs...
