Title: stopping bc from doing something?
Post by: CyAn1d3 on May 28, 2011, 05:48:36 PM
is there a way (or mod) to stop KBM from cleaning the hulks off the map?
and have a way in the UI to "force" it to clean the map?

i sometimes kinda like doing a flyby of a giant hulk that i just owned and admiring my handywork.

By KBM I assume you mean Kobayashi Maru?

If KM has v3.0 version of DS9FX disable Stabilize BC option, if it has DS9FX Xtended disable Memory Cleaning option. This feature is meant to free up the memory.

thanks for the help sovvy!

but is there a way to make a script to do this on command?
put a button in saffis menu that clears the hulks out, or is this something that simply cant be overridden in UI?
i know it seems KINDA dumb, but i was curious if it was possible, ill be happy to do the legwork, but i just need to be pointed in the right direction..... even though my knowledge of scripting is little to none..

You sure it does work? Have played with that myself and didn't notice any improvements.
