I'm trying to install the SNS Galaxy X in KM 1.0 and I need help. I've modified the original hardpoint to include all the weapons and functions of Kobayashi Maru, but the ship doesn't load. Any help would be great.

big lesson for all: don't modify hardpoints of ships from mods you don't have

question is what doesn't load?? does it not show up in the menu or does the model/ship not show up when you start a quick battle game?
-
the model doesn't load in qb. Here's the files, so anyone can help...
-
Does BC crash? you could try and get a console report... (would help for searching through the files)
-
no, it doesn't crash. It just sits there. I can still access the crew menus, but they don't move or talk, and the ships don't load...

Either one of two things:
You didn't change the model directory in the ship.py file or:
There's a texture missing or misnamed

a missing texture wouldn't cause the model not to load... you'd get a blank white space on that part of the model.

hmmm...always done that on my end....
-
if the characters just sit there, and the screen leaves just aftereffects if you move the cam, that means it couldn't load the model, and a script is missing.

The Galaxy X is already in the latest version of KM(which you should already have) fyi.
-
K i'll re-install and see if it shows up.
