Hi All,

How can I change ship's registry number?

There are reg making gudies in the tutorial section.

Basicly  you need a reg free texture and a half decent paint package. If the only textures you have already have a reg then you are going to need to "paint it out" before you start" or ask the auther nicely for a blank  texture.
