Title: Brex stuck in the middle of the bridge. Help please.

I'm playing with the "Captain's Orders" Mod (the good one) and whenever my ship gets hit by a torpedo, Brex goes flying to the center of the galaxy bridge. Don't know what is up, so here's a console report I have:
