Title: New York
Post by: 007bashir on March 17, 2013, 11:58:11 AM
So, over Easter im going to New York (finally some holidays after almost a year)

As I am interisted in Trek, is there some Trek-Related stuff i have to visit while I am there?
I want to visit the Intrepid sea, air & space museeum. But i read that the shuttle Enterprise got damaged by Sandy.

depending on the weather, you may not get into LaGuardia at all...

its still snowing up there at this time of year!

You could do literally nothing in New York and still be entertained - it's that kind of place :D

Well personally, I would pay tribute at Ground Zero first. Then go trolling about.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM TIMES SQUARE (or at least look at the other wonderful parts of the city haha). A lot midtown Manhattan is now a soulless tourist trap...

Time square is on the list, but also alot of other places, even some museums... But will keep your advice in mind.
