Title: CTD on Origins Kelvin

Good Morrow Individuals of the Interwebs:

Over the past few days I have been testing out Phoenix's wonderful new TOS ships.  They are quite brilliant.  However, it seems that the Kelvin Crashes the game to the desktop whenever I try to load it.  I looked through both the Hardpoint and plugin file to see if I could fix the issue to no avail.  I have at last come to the conclusion that I must seek assistance from the community.  I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if it is possible to produce an error report when a CTD occurs.

Anyone who provides assistance of any kind shall receive my personal gratitude.

yer sorry bout that, the file got corrupted during upload, i will redo it but i'm going to re-release it at the same time that i release the TOS EARLY Kelvin, sorry for the inconvenience
