Apparently when I was really young I was infatuated with Tasha Yar, though I don't see it now.

Jadzia was my favourite while DS9 was on, being attractive and funny, while T'Pol, Troi and Seven are so blatently only there to be gawked at that I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole.

MOST ATTRACTIVE STAR TREK FEMALES TOP 5
1. Terry Farrell
2. Gates McFadden
3. Marina Sirtis
4. Whoever that is that plays Uhura in STXI (YOW!)
5. Jennifer Lien

Outside Star Trek, always very partial to Natalie Portman.

As for general TV personalities, I think Peri Gilpin, who played Roz on Frasier, was extremely attractive.

But on top of any "my favorite celeb" list is, of course, the goddess known as Jennifer Aniston. Mmmmmmm.......

Yes, the orion she catches kirk with

Aww... and here I was half-expecting the writers to cash in on Kirk and Spock's cute little relationship... you mean they don't even share a little kiss? :( Pooh...

If Seven of Nine wasn't already mentioned... Seven of Nine. :P

Also, I liked Troi. She was always rather sexy, but not in the outright physical manner of Seven of Nine. Troi was more subtle. They focused more on her personality than her amazingly shapely curves, like with Seven.

Uhura's roommate was pretty cute.  Aside from her, Tasha Yar and Ro Laren.

I have a soft spot for Bev Crusher, as Dixon Hill's holodeck companion as she looked her best in that role and most recognizable as a Woman than her usual role as Picard's (emotional) conscience and "by-the-book" C.M.O. / Single Mom.

Uhh, Mirror T'Pol anyone?

And Crusher
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
