I modeled the ship without the additonal Hull so the shuttle pod bay doors are present. It would be a logical place to connect the dorsal as a the exsisting doors can be used to seal the upper ship if a seperation is ever needed.

It looks like there's a lot of detail work in the saucer, but little in the engineering section. Is it just the angle?

your right there kirk. The Secondary hull is not yet finished. The rest of the ship is easy as there are some very hi res pics on Drex files but not the refit. The only colour pic is small so I may need to get creative with it.

Like wise I'm not sure if I should also stick with the original NX Bussards or fit TOS ones.

I don't know if this helps but I did the best I could to re-size the side profile shot. I also highlighted certain areas that could be windows.

EDIT: Actually, I suppose it doesn't matter. The Diagram shows where the windows go. It also looks like there is a rear docking hatch.

Question for you and the rest though. Does seeing that refit secondary hull make you want to design a between ENT and TOS ship.

Technically, isn't that what the Daedalus Class is supposed to be? A few of the Star Trek Legacy ships are post-ENT/pre-TOS also. Although you can never have too many original designs

Personally, I'd love to see a refit NX styled skin on that shuttle, could be a nice little pack.
