Plus the fact you also posted this a while back:

not sure right now but i would say small, some time big due to the idea of the ship is a drop ship, plus the escape pods only  fit 2 people inside thats why they was alot of them,
small update

But you could get rid of the bottom pods and add drop-shock pods like in Halo.

Couple things:  firstly, think you could use a canon registry font?  Secondly, that third nacelle feels kinda weird.  Maybe you could put another on top so it's symmetrical?

I agree with Farshot on the federation font for the registry and the third nacell. This strikes me as a perfect platform for troop deployment. Looks good so far. :)

How does it come that the ship in the picture below is a bit different that the one above?

well, I know the bottom picture is from the Star Trek Encyclopedia (albeit reversed)  I think the top one is out of the Star Trek Fact files, which is known to be occasionally inaccurate.

Or it could be a refit from X-era to TNG era..?

Makes sense especily when you look at the hull pattern.

Bwoah, doesn't matter but i would like to point out something.

Someone send a mail around about the olympic, insisting to make it almost a powerful vessel (like superbspeed, superb weapons and shields etc)..

I would like to point out that it should be a vessel with topspeed like 9,5 or so. Limited weapons and moderated shielding (miranda level shielding). I mean, the pasteur wasn't strong too. It couldn't even make a dent into the klingon shielding while the enterprise (in that time, a very old ship leveled to the max) just punched through the shields and hull with her phaser canon.

I mean the miranda hospital ship wasn't warp 9,9999 or so or didn't had galaxy weaponry. A hospital ship is never possible. (federation has that typical stuff like "we are caring medical supplies, they won't fire at us blabla"
