Little suggestion please.... about : Ships rating

Hey Guys, I'm want to adjust my Ship's characterisitic rating in STBC games to make it as cannon as possible, :assimilate
Since they are many information that make me confuse to determine soo.....  :angel
I prefer to hear the rating from all of you guys  about ship rating like :  Maneuverbility , Speed, Armor, and Shield, (Man/Spd/Arm/Shl) for :
(u can choose which ever u like, but prefer more than one to help get the image) ;)

1.Saber Class (candidate) 
2.Norway Class (candidate) 
3.Defiant Class (candidate) 
4.Birth of Prey (candidate)
5.Kvort (candidate)
 
also compared to : (you can choose more than one)  ;)

4.Galaxy Class (choose one or more as comparison) 
5.Akira Class (choose one or more as comparison) 

Let's say the rating (Man/Spd/Arm/Shl) is about 1-10 while 1 (weakest/slowest) and 10 is (Strongest/fastest))  :arms:
