Tow at warp?

I need to tow a friendly ship through warp in Galaxy Charts War Simulator. (The ship's warp engines were both destroyed)

You might have to ask Defiant, he's the king of BC scripting, but my understanding is it is currently impossible because of the map transition.

I could swear I've done it before in Galaxy Charts. Then again, I also remember the game crashing the second I dropped out of warp with the towed ship...

This was done in BCS TNG: The Beginning, the QBA script written by Defiant is called TractorBeamSettings.py. The setting has a tow beam, that should be able to tractor a ship into warp.

According to the TractorBeamSettings.py in KM the script was written by USS Sovereign.

in KM when I tow a ship it takes the tractor beam off then warps.
