I only installed BC yesterday (and KM 1.0b). Didn't realise it was going to be released so soon.

 Got it. Played it. Loved it :D only gripe is those warp fx stars... ugh but other than that VERY nice indeed!

That would be my fault.  The proper ones are locked off by the engine and we needed (for some reason which I don't remember) new ones making from scratch.

This is a bit of a sidenote to the release of KM 1.0 but now that it has been released, any word on the release of the stand-alone LC Intrepid?

How do you plan to do it?  It's not as simple as swapping out a texture sadly.  If enough of you guys want I will attempt a patch.  I've learned quite a lot since they was written.

 I was just going to grab the scripts from .9.1 lol ah well thats scuppered that. You dont have todo a patch its just irritateing me for screenshots :P

I tried numerous ships low poly & high and its marginally slower though i am using a 7 year old pc, so im guessing better pc's it will be fine.
