Coming along.  I added some gadgets to the nacelles, and beefed up the connection point on them to the pylons.  I also cleaned up the mesh of the nacelles a bit, and smoothed out some spots on them a touch.

And thank you all for your suggestions.  Admittedly, I'm rather picky about names and nothing has jumped out at me so far, though a few are particularly worthy.  Keep em coming.

Nebula's suggestion of Agamemnon has given me an idea that falls in line with what many of you have suggested...

Leonidas Class.

Seriously, I watched 300 for the first time about a month ago, and it rocked.  Leonidas is the coolest warrior that possibly ever was... at least the movie version of him, which is good enough for me. :)  Thanks all for your suggestions!

Honestly, I wish i was this guy.  i bet my wife would find me more attractive.  :D

Do we get a bumper sticker that reads "SPARTAAAAA!"? Very well chosen name, dude. I think it fits the look.

Textures are about 90% done at this point.  The bottom and undercut of the secondary hull need some work yet, and I want to add more paneling details to the engines and little details to the primary hull.  One thing that's different about this ship from all my others is that virtually every edge, such as on the saucer rim and pylon edges, have paneling and not just blank texturing.  I think it's really improved the overall appearance.

I think this is as far as I'm gonna get tonight.  It's 1am and I'm tired. :)

Take a break DJ, you've already broken your back for us. Great job!

Hmm, just looking at the front on view. Are the bussards obstructed by the saucer?

I thought that too, but the buzzards are placed on the top of the nacelle, so I'm assuming (Canonically) she would be overly quick, and instead be more like a vacuum, sucking up passing particles... I dunno.

The tips of the nacelles have different textures, one just whitish gray, the other a darker gray.  Are they supposed to be like that?

Cookie, DJ, although I don't really like your choice for class name.

Dalek--> No time for breaks.  Gotta be back at work on Monday and I won't have time to mod until March.  :D  Besides, I want to release this ship tomorrow.

Rengers--> Thanks man.  Seeing your Acheron really got me fired up about finishing this.  Actually, this has become my favorite ship too. :)

El--> Yes they were, but that's against Roddenberry's rules, so I have changed it.  I've given the nacelle connection a "cuff".  Basically I extended and widened the connection point, and it's actually grown on me.  It looks beefy and stable.  In the ship's original configuration, I'm pretty sure the collectors did show from the front, but then I shortened the nacelle pylons and probably forgot about the front view.  Pix below.

Prime--> Have a look at the bumper sticker. :)

Farshot--> Thanks, I caught that last night after posting.  It has been changed and the nacelle tips are now identical.

Pix for you guys.

I have a feeling Klingons would love serving on this ship.

Beautiful ship, I really love the depth of the colors on the deflector dish and she looks great overall!  Definitely going to become a favorite.
