I agree with Mr talking turd on this one ;) :arms:

 :?: :?: :?:

I didn't know you answered to "talking turd"

Anyways, Lint, post a rear view too, I think you need more orange or yellow on the engine, the one pic you have that shows it decently seems too...pink
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

The engine doesn't look right, and...well, the textures don't look very Klingon-y...much less like a Bird of Prey.

The black sections need to be matte silver.

It's getting more detail, but still needs a lot more. Nice model, though.

wow, been awhile since i have done anything with this baby,
The last few days i have pretty much rebuilt her, the changes are,

-New main hull, top and bottom
-Added the partition between the top and bottom hull
-New Neck
-New Bridge module
-New Impulse Engine and the surrounding area
-New Engine Blocks/Radiator things
-New Disruptor Canons.

I still have a few things to do on her and ill keep you guys up to date!,
Im using my Generations Bird of Prey Model and studio model pics to get it as close as i can to the real thing.
Here are some pics!

I'm still thinking it's too much. The detail on the wings really could be done with textures and save a few thousand polygons.

Thanks guys,
The final poly count is around 23k, I would love to model more detail but i want to keep it reasonably low,
I have tested her in game and i had about 12 going at a time before i had any lag trouble, But my system is kind of old,
If people are THAT worried about the wings i can just release a version with textured on panels.

The Model is all done with now, This model will also be used for the K'vort (after some adjustments of course),
JB has agreed to give me a crash course on implementing Ftech for the wings so that will be pretty neat,
Ill keep posting updates for the Textures and the alterations to the model for the K'vort,
Oh, and the final model adjustments i made were a new torpedo launcher and some beveling for the large panels on the main hull.

Hmmm....something about the shape seems off...seems like the ol' bird's had a few too many feddies for dinner...and remember, the wings don't fully connect to the main body.

The detail is nice, though I think the shape of the bottom isn't quite right.

Think it's the bottom of the BoP that DJ was referring to tbh... looks a bit thin there.
