As requested, blank textures.

Also, DT, I didn't actually lighten the textures, its just the lighting.

Question for you guys.  Should I release these ships as a pack or individually?

possibly both for the 56kers...but me personally I'd prefer a pack...so much faster

Personally I say go with a pack, but for those with slower internet speeds seperate would be better.

In the end it's up to you.

You could go both ways, really. Glad to see you're doing blanks as well.

As usual, wonderful work.

Other than the registries, are there any other texture changes to these ships that are different than your 1701-D?

Thanks.

In that case, I would definitely suggest both a pack and separate installs. The reason for the separate installs would be if there were some significant change to one of your Galaxies that was just too cool not to have... but since it's just the reg change, they're just another Galaxy (pretty much identical to each other) in the line.

Some of us I'm sure would love to have a complete replacement for the complete SNS Galaxy Pack. Therefore the DJ Galaxy Pack.

While others may be satisfied with just adding separate DJ Galaxy Class ships at their discretion... kind of a "small fleet" of your ships instead of a large pack.

I estimate that a full download pack with all ships would only be about 80mb.  I think I'll also include fixes for the weapons icons on the other ships already released.

I'd rather do one or the other so that I can more easily track the number of downloads.  I think at this point I'm heavily leaning towards a pack.

i'd say release a pack to BCFiles, and if there are many requests for single downloads, you could later on release single downloads here, or to BCFiles at a later date...

Of course, it's up to you what you want to do, but for those of us who do have a slow connection
a separate install would be much appreciated.

First (and most time-consuming) ship of the pack is now playable in game.  Pegasus has been given stronger shields, phasers, and increased maneuverability over her non-refitted cousins.

The big saucer phaser arrays are now as powerful as those of the Enterprise F, however, the other phasers have been increased to match what the old main phaser could do, so, considerably less than the new mains.  Also added rapid fire quantum launchers.  Pegasus can unleash 3 quantums, whilst maintaining her old torpedo load-out with a slight decrease in reload time.  Shields will also recharge faster than on the older ships, with a respectable increase in shield output.  Overall mobility of the vessel has been increased by about 30%.

I decided against adding ablative armor, as I think that in reality, that would be prohibitively expensive.

Very nice. The upgrades are sensible, appearance is still classic with a modern feel... I like this. Very cool, Dj. :]
