Textures are looking good Marky, though I still really thing you should smooth that "saucer" out before release.

for those of you who dont know, the SAS are the British Army elite, the Special Air Service and are undoubtedly the best fighiting forces in the world,

textures are fitting together slowly, pylons going to be changed again, but im adding the strips of phasers next.

This is looking great markyd. Once again excellent job.

BTW, just one small sidetrack here, as good as the SAS are, I would venture to say the the U.S. Navy SEALS are equally as good... and believe me, I don't say this lightly.

If i was gonna build her again, i would make it higher poly, but for now im sticking with the mesh as is, thanks anyway mate.

So, I have done quite allot to the dome section, and created speculars.. some tweaking is undoubtedbly needed, and i have just deleted windows to make room for some nice escape hatches.. i was thinking of going with sovvy shaped ones, as the studio model has square amb / galaxy types..

phaser strips are done, (thanks miles for the correct colour pallete)

Jaw-dropping man. About the hatches, I think you should keep the Galaxy-style ones. The details are so TNG-ish that Sovvy hatches would look a bit out of place, IMO.

I dunno what it is about the Olympic, but it's just an oddly attractive design. You deserve that cookie man, I look forward to the next update!

Dude, you might wanna remove that violet hue from the lit windows, and just keep them the color of the their backdrop interiors. Will look better that way ;)

Sorry for the delay, new job.. new accomodation kind of held me up  :arms:

Anyway back to the things we love "trek!" and i have a question regarding observation windows....

should i continue the windows at the upper rear of the sphere in order to make an observation area - see image **

apart from that i have changed the hue of the windows, and re done the pylons textures as the last ones where too complicated.. working on this allot this weekend so lots of updates.

Thanks fellas
