Minbari Sharlin - Beta Application Closed

Some of you may have seen the Minbari Sharlin War Cruiser in the SciFi renders thread and I'm proud to announce that is has made its way into BC and nearly fully hardpointed (all it needs now is balance tweaking). She's slightly uncanon as she's got pulse cannons on the front just for a bit more oomph.

The Valen'Zha is a varient of the Sharlin and is about 3 times bigger (i.e. roughly 3 miles long) but not ingame yet. But she is gonna be one big bad kickass lady. :P

It should be noted that the Sharlin is NOT scaled to other B5 ships but to Trek ships in BC.

Forgot to mention that I will eventually be modelling the Nial Fighter to accompany the Sharlin in its shuttle bay. Then the BotL can be properly reenacted. :)

the Minbari ships were the only ones missing out of the Big Five.  I wasn't counting the side races because I barely got to watch any B5...someone would change the channel, complaining about Junk TV (and promptly change the channel to movies full of bleeps and blank spots and African-Americans making fun of themselves and their ghetto reputation)

Hmm. Slight problem. I manage to break the HP somehow while making additions and it wont load in MPE. Don't suppose anyone could take a look at it?

Python includes a debugger. (Alt X) "cannot assign to Operator, line 942"  unfortunately, it doesn't highlight the line error.

With the assistance of limey (limey this, limey that lol), the symptom of the hardpoint problem has changed. Instead of a frozen bridge crew and space viewscreen, BC crashes before QB loads.

And we're back in business! :D Turns out something was a bit wrong with the shields.

And also, a few things should be noted if you're trying to disable specific ship systems:

Warp Core/Power Plant = Quantum Singularity
Shields = Poly-Crystalline Armour Plating
Engines = Magneto-Gravitic Drive
Hull = Hull

Just so y'all dont get confused. :)

If you wish to test it, please send me a PM. I will not accept posts in this thread. The first 3 PM's I receive will be the beta testers. Any PM's I receive from members after this will not become beta testers of the Sharlin.
