ok how about for now, everyone please pause on any more name/class suggestions...
let's let DJ chime in to see if he likes any of the many suggestions thus far - if he isnt too fond on anything already posted, he can ask for more suggestions for it...  :)

I think I'll go with Damar Class.

Did some more modeling.  Texturing this beast will be hard since the hull of a Cardie ship is so much different from anything I've done.

lol I thought the same when I first saw pic nr.9 - Intrepid :D

Mid-forward section reminds me one of my fav non-canon Cardassian designs - Bakrus, I liked that torpedo barrage it had

That is one slick Cardie ship, and great name.

Also, a Garak class Cardie would be likely, but I doubt a Kira-class.  Even if she helped save Cardassia, she's still a Bajoran.  Heyyyy...we don't have any Bajoran ships in BC, do we? ;) lol, jk, I know you have way too much on your plate as is DJ.

For a ship name (not class name, Damar sounds pretty good), how is the Kembali?
In Malay, that is "rebuild".  (I'm half Malaysian.)

Boy, maybe this is what that Kaldor class I've got around here needs..moderized..maybe then it would make more sense. Let me know if you want a battlecruiser to go with this.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

Nice lines to this design DJ.

So... the Canadian can model a Cardie as well as a Century!

Look forward to seeing more of this sleek Spoon-head ship.  :funny :evil

my one complaint, looking at this further, the deflector looks too imitation-fed. Oval shapped with a long neck..get rid of it. Make a slanted deflector that looks similar to the galor's but more advanced. Either that or a horseshoe shaped grille inside the resses that makes it look like some kind of dominion advancement.]

http://www.feymanshipyards.com/Adversary.html there's another advanced one in here where the guy used a cylon from the old bsg to creat a decent looking cardie for the obsidian order.

I never seen this post anywhere! Its about time someone did a Cardassian ship! The right way! And please, make Cardassian ships as they should be, strong weapons and decent shields lol. This seriously looks like the Obsidian Order got a hold of the Intrepid designs! God I love this and the Cardassian Union!
