Id actually move the shuttlebay back a little ways..as the way you have it..the shuttlebay intersects with the main computer core...i.e. the lower sensor dome is connected to the core which goes all the way up and connects to the helm console on the bridge....at least on the TOS and TMP Connies thats how it is..
