New BC Mod and Mod Team-Babylon 5

Ok, I've been looking at the B5 ships over at BCfiles, and for each one there is a comment, "I hope someone will make more B5 ships" etc., so I think we need more too. Anyone interested in joining, post here or PM me. I need at least 1 modeler, texturer, and a HIGHLY ADVANCED SCRIPTER(I'll probably ask USS Sovereign, but you need to know the insides of Wormhole from DS9FX and slipstream.), but I can have more. Please join! (I don't need a HPer.)

EDIT: Here's what I have planned so far:

The planet that B5 orbits w/ rockets;
A jumpgate, that when activated, will put the player into Hyperspace (like the Wormhole from DS9FX);
Jump engines for ships that will also have a sequence;
A re-model of B5;
and many ships.

Hold it right there. That's almost everything involved with making a mod.

Sorry, I'm still learning. I know how to HP, and I'm learning how to model and script. I don't know which way to go. And then, I have to either look for modeling tuts or EVERYTHING about BC's scripting. You know a good place to start at scripting or modeling? It would certainly help.

it's hard to find modeler's tutorials (which is what I'm looking for, persoanlly).  I've seen three things when it comes to modelers themselves

1. they all moved on to other games
2. they're doing their mandatory millitary service
3. their married men with preschoolers, and the wife is yelling at them for being geeky.

also, a lot of guys just walk away, saying "this is too easy, so it's dumb" (referring to 3d programs).  while the rest of us who have to keep refrence books around are scratching our heads going "this is too bleeping hard!"  what we need is someone who can both do the work, and explain everything in plain English (or native language).  you know, like telling your parents how to work a modern piece of equipment.

you're gonna need "rotsa ruck" finding people that won't get all techogeek on you in this day and age.

its a shame BCU isnt around anymore...  that forum contained everything in BC's history (modding, scripting, bridges, etc) from 2002 until just about a year or so ago when it went down...
